- Application assistance and guidance

3. User Accounts
3.1. You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.3. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3.4. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
- Collect or harvest personal information of other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1. All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Spear Education Consultancy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the App without our express written permission.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
7.1. The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7.2. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7.3. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information provided through the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spear Education Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the App
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spear Education Consultancy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of arbitration in Zimbabwe.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Spear Education Consultancy regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
18. App Store Terms
18.1. If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance and support services. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or handling claims, losses, or liability related to your use of the App.
18.2. If you download the App from Google Play Store, you agree to comply with Google Play's Terms of Service.
19. Age Restriction
The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
20. Updates and Modifications to the App
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
